An answer may help you describe how you feel or behave. It cannot show the level of a chemical in your brain.
What the test may do
It may give you language for a limited discussion about perceived routines, preferences, focus and energy. Julian can listen to that discussion as one small part of the wider coaching context.
What the test cannot do
- Measure dopamine, acetylcholine, GABA or serotonin
- Diagnose a mental or physical health condition
- Explain the cause of a symptom
- Replace medical assessment, tests or treatment
- Determine whether you should use a supplement or medication
How Tempo keeps it in proportion
Training decisions also use your goal, history, movement, performance, schedule, feedback and relevant clinical advice. The self-report never overrides these facts or a clinician's direction.
When to speak with a clinician
Seek clinical advice for new, persistent or concerning symptoms, mental-health concerns, medication questions or a change in your health. If any statement brings up an immediate concern about your safety, stop the questionnaire and contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional now.
Use the result as a prompt to observe and discuss, not as a label about who you are.
