This notice explains what Tempo collects through the website, why it is used and how you can contact Julian about it.

What the website handles
Only what is
needed
The consultation form collects your first name, email address, phone number, selected goals, preferred reply method and any optional message. The Fitzrovia Starter form also records your selected distance band, preferred start time and confirmation of the offer and scheduling terms. It records the landing page and campaign or referral labels when they are present.
If you select the separate optional ad-attribution box, Tempo also keeps the Google ad-click reference from the landing-page address with Julian’s owner copy of the enquiry. The form works if you leave this box clear.
Do not include sensitive medical details in the first enquiry. If information about your health is needed later, Julian will explain what is required and why before you provide it.
Tempo uses this information to reply, decide whether the service is a suitable fit, arrange a consultation, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions and keep a clear record of the conversation.
Why it can be used
The lawful
basis
Tempo uses enquiry information to take steps you request before a possible service agreement. It also has a legitimate interest in replying to genuine enquiries, protecting the website and keeping proportionate business records. Information may be retained where a legal obligation applies.
Optional Google Analytics runs only after you choose “Allow analytics”. You can reject it or change your choice at any time through the “Privacy choices” button. Tempo relies on your separate choice in the Starter form before it keeps a Google ad-click reference with that enquiry.
Service providers
Who may process
the information?
Tempo uses Vercel to host the website, Resend to deliver enquiry emails and Google Analytics for optional measurement. When you allow an ad-click reference to be kept, Resend carries that reference in Julian’s owner email. The form does not send the raw reference to Google. These providers process information under their own security and data-processing terms. Some processing may take place outside the UK using recognised transfer safeguards.
Tempo does not sell your information. The enquiry form does not subscribe you to marketing. If you choose an external WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps or email link, that provider will handle your use of its service.
Retention and choices
How long and
what rights?
An enquiry that does not become a client relationship is normally kept for no more than 24 months after the last contact. An optional ad-click reference kept with that enquiry follows the same period. Optional analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Client records follow the service, safety and legal retention needs explained when the relationship begins.
You can ask for access, correction or deletion, object to some uses, restrict processing, request transfer of information where applicable, or withdraw analytics or ad-attribution consent. Email info@tempoperformance.com.
If you are not satisfied with Tempo’s response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office ↗.
Cookies and local storage
Analytics stays
off by default
The site stores your analytics choice in your browser so it can remember the decision. After you allow or reject analytics, the full choice box stays closed on later visits unless you clear this browser storage or open it again. Google Analytics is not loaded until you allow it. If allowed, Google may set analytics cookies such as _ga. Rejecting optional cookies keeps the main website and enquiry route available.
The separate ad-attribution choice does not set another cookie. If you select it and the landing-page address contains a valid Google click reference, that reference is included only with the enquiry you submit.
