Turn the sample into a real starting point.

Choose one goal, your experience level and realistic weekly availability. The result shows a broad direction that Julian can refine after a consultation.

Three inputs

One clear
priority.

The builder explains the logic of a starting phase. It does not issue a workout, calorie target, medical recommendation or promised timeline.

02 / Select training experience

General guidance only. This is not a personal prescription, health assessment or promised result. Your programme is agreed after a consultation. Julian must review your goal, history, relevant health context and response before planning your training.

Build capacity you can keep

Training emphasis

Use repeatable full-body strength work, basic conditioning and movement practice. Rebuild repeatable skill before pushing the dose.

Nutrition anchor

Start with regular meals, useful protein and plant-food habits.

Review signals

Review consistency, key movement quality, everyday capacity and recovery. A 3-day week should leave enough room to recover and continue.

Ask Julian to make it personal ↗

A website can show the structure of a decision. It cannot safely replace the conversation that gives the decision context.

The same headline goal can require different work. Training age, exercise skill, current capacity, relevant injuries, preferences, schedule, food routine and recovery all affect the starting dose.

Julian adds direct observation, follow-up questions, coaching judgement and a continuing read of your response. That is where a general direction becomes personal training.
