I was someone who was in denial about being overweight, what I ate and suffering from a lack of fitness for years. I looked at a gym membership as something you had, but didn't use. It was just for show. I had been a member of various gyms and I realised that without the guidance of someone like Julian I was just wasting my memberships. Julian helped change my perspective on this to the extent that I happily paid for his support and then followed through with multiple visits a week and I started to see tangible results. Julian took me into a new world of diet and exercise - it worked very well.
